Authenticated Consignment

When a collector wants to move a pair without fielding a parade of offers, the consignment lane takes over. We receive the box, photograph the pair on the crep cloth, record the box label, the serial band and the lace pattern, then publish a description built on what the bench actually sees. A protective reserve is set only if you ask for one, and every genuine offer is reviewed honestly rather than dismissed.

Once a buyer completes checkout the sale settles through our verified bookkeeping, we confirm receipt of funds, and the agreed share is transferred to your account after a short cooling period that protects the shopper from a mistaken description. The consigned pair stays clearly separated from our own stock, labelled with its reference, so ownership is never in doubt from the day it arrives to the day a settlement clears.

Deadstock Sourcing

A sealed box with its crisp air pocket is the prize of the supply lane. Our sourcing team keeps a running map of verified suppliers, small boutiques and trusted trade channels so an unworn pair can be tracked down in nearly any size and colourway. Tell us the model, the size and the budget ceiling, and we will widen the search until a genuine match surfaces or the search window closes.

Every located pair is inspected again at our bench before it is offered to you. We confirm the serial band, weigh the box, reseat the tissue and narrate any weakness in the build, so the deadstock title is earned rather than assumed. If the pair does not live up to the agreed description you may decline it before dispatch; if we cannot find a match in the agreed window the search fee is refunded.

Sneaker Care and Restoration

Some pairs are loved a little too hard and they deserve a careful second chance. Our restorers clean midsoles, steam out deep toe creases, re-seed worn suede, replace stretched laces and lift surface colour back onto tired panels, working with the character of the shoe rather than against it. A full clean breathes new life into a daily wear pair while a restoration rescues a grail that was ready for the shelf.

Nothing is done without a written scope first. We photograph the pair in its current state, agree which panels may be worked and which must stay original, and pause to seek your approval where the material is weaker than a standard bench found. Every restoration comes home with a dated note that explains exactly what was done, so you know precisely what the shoe carries forward.

Size Run Curation

A shop that lists a full colourway set should not chase six different sellers. The curation lane assembles a complete run by matching pairs that share the same batch print and label style, grading each sole and upper so the set reads like one release pulled from the same pallet. Every size in the run is logged against a grid with its own bench note, and the full group ships in firm sorted boxes.

We think in sets rather than singles, which matters when a buyer wants an entire drop or a small boutique needs depth in a popular model. Whether the run covers a full UK or US span or stops at a specialised subset, the collection is checked for fit consistency so a buyer can trust that a size eight and a size eleven from the same run share the same careful origin.

Drop Calendar Systems

Knowing the shelf day before the crowd is a genuine edge in the sneaker market. Our drop desk keeps a rolling calendar of confirmed release windows for the brands we follow, with each entry carrying the source it came from. Subscribers receive a tidy weekly digest of what lands, so a collector can plan a busy weekend and a shop can prepare its own stock path before the doors open.

Releases move, so the calendar is watched as much as it is written. When a brand reschedules or quietly cancels a drop we adjust the board quickly and flag the change to you, because a decision built on a stale date is no decision at all. Ask us to prepare a pick path around a specific release and the desk will line up the sourcing and reserve steps in one short note.

Trade-In Valuations

A pair that no longer fits or a pair outgrown by a changing rotation should become useful again, not a dusty shelf weight. The trade lane grades your pair against current market tone and recorded sales and returns a figure you can take as cash or apply as credit toward a reserve, a sourcing search or a restoration. The value reflects the real condition of the shoe, not a hopeful headline.

We put the reasoning for every number in writing so the offer never feels mechanical. Accept the cash and we buy the pair at that grade and re-list it through our own stock lane; take the credit and the note sits against your chosen reference for a fixed window. Either way a valuation is quick, optional to accept and far more useful than a box gathering dust behind the door.
